Micaela's Recipe:
Take your brussel sprouts and slice them as thin as you can, so you end up with little brussel sprout ribbons.

Put them in a pan on top of heated olive oil. Add salt, and a little peper, and red pepper flakes if you like, and saute for about 5 - 10 minutes, or until you think they are done.
That's it! Glorious!
The secret, Micaela explained to me, is that usually the outsides of Brussels get overdone, so that the middle will be cooked; here the sprouts cook evenly and yummily..

I was thinking it might be nice to add some toasted walnuts or almonds, but alas, we were out. Next time!
I can't take credit for this one! The recipe is from a fabulous cookbook called "Poulet". I love the idea of adding walnuts! Could also sprinkle a little parmesan on top.
